Order Status

We're often asked what does "Order Status" mean. So here's a little explanation:

• Payment Received - the credit card payment has been successfully made. Our system is aware of the fact and the next stage should be
• To Packing - we've read your order and its details have been passed to the people who will be packing and posting the items.
• Despatched - your items have been posted or handed to the carriers and should be with you very soon.

Usually this all works perfectly but you should contact us as soon as possible if:

• You've made payment but you cannot see your order in your account
• You've been waiting an absolute age and your order status hasn't changed or you haven't received your items.
