Trading Boundaries is the dedicated home of internationally acclaimed artist Roger Dean. One of the most inspiring and innovative album design & landscape artists alive today.

Our directors Michael and Tracy were first introduced to Roger Dean in 2003. A small, informal exhibition of Roger’s work at Trading Boundaries followed, resulting in a lasting working partnership including international Fine Art Fairs and music festivals. In recent years the TB Roger Dean gallery has exhibitedin Singapore, London, New York, Philadelphia, Hong Kong, West Palm Beach, Naples, Miami & Los Angeles among others.

We have a great selection of Roger Dean’s incredible artwork available to browse and purchase on the YES 2025 tour and at the gallery in the UK. Among the highlights are Roger’s stunning “Magician’s Birthday” prints, created for Uriah Heep, available in both Sepia and Colour editions.

These pieces are now down to their final numbers, making them incredibly rare and highly collectable. Each print embodies the timeless imagination and distinctive style that has made Roger Dean one of the most influential artists in rock history.

We are pleased to announce the arrival of an open edition print of 'Nightwing' by Roger Dean.
Originally painted in 1984, Nightwing was used as the cover artwork for the British band Nightwing’s album My Kingdom Come. The piece is a striking example of Dean’s ability to combine atmosphere, imagination, and narrative within a single image.
This new edition is available directly from the gallery. Each print is signed, titled, and dated by Roger Dean, offering collectors the opportunity to own an authentic piece of his legacy.

A truly rare occasion took place at the @tradingbo UK gallery, where a small invited audience witnessed Roger Dean - Official Page painting live — an experience very few have ever had the chance to see in person.
The first image shows Michael, Roger, and Kristan in discussion about the forthcoming FRAGILE limited edition print, which will be officially launched on the YES tour this October.
The second image captures Roger in the process of creating his latest painting, giving those present a unique insight into his working methods. We look forward to unveiling the finished piece in the coming weeks.

A new edition to the gallery today 'Birdsongs of the Mesozoic' by @rogerdeanofficial this open edition print has beautful soft pastel colours with a glimpse into another world that only Roger can create.
The original painting featured on the album 'The Iridium Controversy' by American rock band Birdsongs of the Mesozoic in 2003.
The open edition print is available to view and purchase within the gallery.

New Fragile Prints

As many of you may know, the @yesofficial Fragile tour begins on 1st October 2025 in Connecticut, US. To coincide with this tour, we are launching a couple of new Fragile prints.

We have yet to decide what the final version of the prints will look like, but we have 20 artists proofs available for purchase at the live painting and Q&A this Wednesday 3rd September at @tradingbo.

You can also get a first look at the new t-shirt designs, which will be coming soon.

Tickets are £25, which includes access to the gallery upstairs with a curated selection of paintings, sketches, and drawings at @tradingbo_art.

The event will also be livestreamed via Facebook & Instagram.

Doors open at 7pm and we’ll be starting at 7:30pm.
