This is an open edition print of the second version of this painting. It was originally painted for the cover of,'My Kingdom Come' by the band Nightwing for their 1984 album.
The original cover was a colour study that Roger marked up a 6'x4' sheet of detail paper as a sketch. There is a more detailed description of this in his book, Magnetic Storm.
This version was painted on a 6' x4' canvas linen canvas and the figure of the winged woman is almost life size, quite a dramatic piece.
